Thurman Brisben Homeless Shelter, Inc., now doing business as Thurman Brisben Center, is a full service residential emergency homeless shelter in Virginia's Planning District 16.  Planning District 16 is comprised of the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford.  Although classified as an emergency shelter, we are a high demand program fully addressing the issues that cause homelessness.

This site will give an overview of Thurman Brisben Center, as well as provide assistance and links to homelessness and its issues in general.
