TBC provides cab fare to working individuals prior to their first pay check.  This averages approximately $220 each week.

TBC provides a pay phone @ $95 per month for client's personal use as well as a courtesy phone at the Control Center for business use.

In an effort to promote self-esteem, portions of the facility are painted annually

TBC is an 80-bed residential facility.  As such, normal wear and tear is much exaggerated from that of a single family unit.  Repairs and replacement are necessary on a frequent basis

TBC has a full playground which meets certification requirements for ages toddler to 8 years of age which requires continuous upkeep and maintenance

Such utility services as satellite dish for clients relaxation, heat and air, water, etc.
